Each module lasts for a period of one hour
Module 1 : Building Self - Regulation
Focuses on understanding BIG feelings and how to deal with them, including responding to tantrums and creating an emotionally intelligent child.

Module 2 : Building Cooperation
Provides educators with practical skills and approaches to getting children to listen and develop cooperation, including understanding individual needs and supporting children's communication skills.

Module 3 : Building Self - Discipline
Offers a more positive way to discipline that actually works whilst building children's skills to make the right choices.

Module 4 : Building Self - Esteem
Provides educators with skills to praise effectively, build self-esteem and confidence, and encourage a growth mindset.​
Module5 : Building Independence
Teaches educators how to involve children in the curriculum, give them opportunities for independence, and increase their motivation to want to do things and contribute.

Module 6 : Building Resilience
Helps educators build children's sense of security and belonging, promote self-care and contribution to others, and develop adaptability and flexibility.

Module 7 : Relationships
Focuses on bridging the gap between educators and parents or parents and in-laws and any other relationship that needs open communication and difficult conversations. Educators will learn communication techniques, how to listen effectively, let go of expectations they may have and feel more relaxed about how to communicate with members of their community & family to maintain reciprocal and strong relationships.
